AI is the Shiny New Penny
But that doesn't mean crypto is "over"
The last three years in tech have been dizzying. 2021 was the year of crypto. 2022 was the year of the NFT. And 20203 looks to be the year of AI.
Indeed, AI seems to be the only thing people are talking about right now. The media loves it. Businesses are trying to figure out how to implement it. Creatives are searching for ways to harness it. And everyone wants to jump on board.
My opinion?
The future will likely include a mix of crypto, blockchain, NFTs, the metaverse, and AI. Each of these represents ways to fundamentally change how we use the internet, how we connect, how we work, how we shop, and how we live. Meddling all these pieces together creates possibilities we are only beginning to understand.
It’s thrilling. And scary.
Just don’t write crypto out of the story.
